Product Returns

Satisfaction is guaranteed, or we'll happily give you a refund for the items that you purchase (minus shipping fees), provided they are unused, unworn, unwashed, returned in original packaging, and it is within 30 days of your order.

Simply return your items to the address listed below. Be sure to affix proper postage and put your invoice number on a note in the box/package along with your name, address, telephone number, email address, and the reason for the return.

Exchanges

We are currently unable to offer exchanges. Follow the instructions for returns, and then simply place a new order for the new item(s) on our site. You will receive a full refund for your original order once we receive it (minus shipping/handling fees). If you have any questions about processing your return please feel free to contact us.
